- By entering the space called ‘Playground’, you accept and comply with these rules and require compliance by the child/children you are accompanying. Failure to comply with these rules by the children and/or their accompanying person(s) shall exempt Edenland Park from all liability.
- Access to the playground is charged according to the posted rate. This charge applies to children between 2 and 9 years of age. Children under 2 years of age are admitted free of charge.
- Edenland Park staff at the ticket office or at the playground entrance have the right to ask for proof of the child’s age.
- Children may only be accompanied by an adult, maximum two.
- Edenland Park supervisors are responsible for the general supervision of the playground, not individual children.
- Persons showing symptoms of contagious diseases are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed, except for dogs – guides for blind people.
- No alcoholic or narcotic beverages are allowed.
- Adults who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, mentally ill or violent must not enter.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to bully other people, to argue, to behave violently, aggressively, obscenely, and to throw stones, household and metal debris.
- The use of playground equipment by children’s carers is forbidden.
- Children’s carers are liable for any damage caused by them or minors accompanied by them on the playground premises.
- Equipment may only be used in accordance with the age and number of persons limits marked on each piece of equipment.
- Climbing the stairs is not permitted for more than one child at a time.
- In order to benefit as many children as possible from the equipment, on busy days we recommend that participants spend a limited time at each game.
- When using the merry-go-round, please ensure that all children are seated on the benches and that there are no people between and underneath the merry-go-round.
- When using the spring figures, please only start swinging after you have made sure that the children’s feet are positioned correctly and that they are holding the handles firmly.
- In the slide area, it is forbidden to climb up backwards or standing up, they should only be used for lowering, in the sitting position and with the feet forward.
- Only one child may slide down the slide, and after going down the slide the landing area must be cleared to avoid hitting another person.
- When using swings, the sitting position is compulsory. Please make sure that the swing is completely stopped on the way down.
- It is forbidden to use the equipment in bad weather conditions: rain, strong wind, fog, ice, snow.
- It is forbidden to overcrowd the play equipment, which could cause accidents.
- It is forbidden to stand in the safety zone of playground equipment.
- Children in need of special supervision (physical disabilities, mental illness, exuberant behaviour, ADHD) are only allowed in the presence of their legal guardian, who is directly responsible for their actions.
It is compulsory to read and respect the rules mentioned above. Their content is strictly implemented for your child’s safety.
Edenland Park reserves the right to ban or exclude from the playground people who do not comply with the rules.
Any subsequent complaint caused by a breach of the above-mentioned Edenland Park rules will not be taken into consideration and cannot produce any legal effects.
